• Evaluating dog's skin for fleas or parasites and recommending coat care and diet
• Cleaning dog's ears and teeth
• Washing, drying and brushing out dogs utilizing shampoos and conditioners specific to their skin needs
• Maintaining records of previous grooming appointments and calling to remind of upcoming appointments
